GearTOP is a multimillion-dollar brand, offering high-quality sun and wind protection - from sun hats & masks to gloves & balaclavas. TapeGeeks, another one of their brands, sells kinesiology accessories. They’re also looking forward to launching even more brands in the near future!

Right now, GearTOP is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to manage all of their products, and consistently check the listings to make sure they are fully optimised. This is an opportunity that will allow you to grow and expand skills. On top of that, it comes with bonuses for great product performance improvement & lots of support from Management that allows for great learning opportunities.

More specifically, within this role, you will:

  • Deal with Seller Central to resolve any issues
  • Manage flat files
  • Manage keyword indexing and ranking.
  • Manage listing using Datadive Tools, as well as improve & optimise listings
  • Manage fees and categories of the products
  • Manage experiments
  • Manage and set up deals (lightning deals, 7-day deals, etc.) and promotions
  • Interact with the PPC Manager, Product Manager & Co-Founders

Once you join GearTOP, an onboarding process will be organised for you to get used to the accounts and learn about the products. You will have the freedom to voice your recommendations and suggestions. Training will be provided on all tools depending on your experience. Although you will mostly get accustomed to the systems at GearTOP during your first few weeks, the team counts on your experience and expertise and you will be expected to start picking up tasks quickly.

In order to excel in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience with Amazon
  • Experience working with flat files
  • Experience with problem resolution with Seller Central
  • Experience with listing optimisation and improving listings for better conversion
  • Experience with Helium 10 and, ideally, Datadive tools
  • Marketing-savvy mindset and the ability to deliver great results
  • Self-sufficient approach to work and eagerness to accomplish great results
  • Great decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication skills and excellent knowledge of English

  • Monthly salary of $1800-$2200 per month*
  • Fully remote & full-time role, ideally with a 9 AM - 12 PM EST overlap
