“Pro-Spin Sports” manufactures and sells high-quality sports equipment, with a focus on table tennis (ping pong). At a higher level Pro-Spin provides families with more fun through sports and competition!

Our customers love our high-quality products and dedication to outstanding customer service. All products come with a 1 year warranty!

We have doubled our business every year since our launch in 2017. Our Amazon business has grown to nearly $5m and our products are selling in many countries including US, Canada, Mexico, UK, France, Germany, Spain, and more!

We are expanding into more markets with Amazon, launching into Walmart.com, investing in growing our Shopify channel, and launching into new sports categories!

Working on a brand like Pro-Spin is fun because our mission is focused on creating more fun in people's lives through sports and competition. That said, we work hard and are constantly being challenged by the ever changing landscape of online business and e-commerce.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager who will help us organize and manage our supply chain processes, provide 5 star customer support for our clients and grow as the business grows. The role will be interacting, on a regular basis, with our warehouse and logistics partners, with our Production Manager, Customer Support Representative, and me (CEO).

Your main responsibilities as an E-commerce Operations Manager will include:

  • Ensuring inventory is always in stock – at Amazon and in all warehouses
  • Managing warehouses and communication
  • Managing logistics partners and shipments
  • Managing customs/importing/exporting
  • Managing returns and quality issues
  • Tracking quality and order complaints
  • Forecasting demand
  • Working with production and quality manager (Simon) on forecasts and managing new production orders with our suppliers
  • Managing customer support
  • Developing SOPs and ensuring they are constantly up to date
  • Managing our project management system
  • Ensuring our inventory management system (Order Hive) is kept up to date and that inventory is accurate
  • Making phone calls - calling Amazon support on the phone, calling our warehouses, be happy being assertive on the phone.
  • Purchasing – keeps shipping boxes in stock at our warehouses, gets logistics quotes, and finds savings
  • Managing logistics between our suppliers from China and our warehouses (figuring out logistics for new production orders)
  • Daily customer support (responding to mails, messages, return requests)

  • Amazon Seller Central
  • DropBox

ABOUT YOU

The skills of the most suitable candidate:

  • Solid knowledge of supply chain operations and logistics
  • Experience managing multiple supply chain partners
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • An experienced manager who can bring out the best in people and hold them accountable
  • E-commerce experience

Brownie points for:

  • Experience with Ship Station or other shipping software
  • Experience with Order Hive, or any other order/inventory management system
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience with project management systems (e.g. Asana, Trello, Clickup)

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Flexible working hours (overlapping work time in the morning EST everyday. In addition 1-2 hours on Saturday and Sunday would be appreciated if possible to respond to any customer messages on Amazon's system)
  • Remuneration package: 1500-2000 USD based on experience
  • 20 Days paid holiday per year
