About the company

Get Me Links, (Google us!) a fast-growing digital marketing agency, seeks an experienced Digital PR and Journalist Outreach SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting and editing high-quality content, pitching stories to journalists and publications, implementing winning SEO strategies, and leading our content creators to achieve exceptional results.

This is a full-time (40 hours a week), fully remote position.

About the role

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT GET ME LINKS:

Develop and execute digital PR strategies to secure high-quality backlinks and brand mentions in relevant publications.
Identify and build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers in various industries.
Craft compelling press releases, pitches, and story ideas that resonate with target audiences and media outlets.
Conduct thorough research to identify trending topics, news angles, and opportunities for media coverage.
Manage outreach campaigns and track results using relevant PR and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, Prowly).
Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content that supports PR efforts.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital PR, SEO, and journalism.
Contribute to the overall SEO strategy by identifying link building opportunities through PR.
Report on PR and outreach performance to clients and internal stakeholders.

About you

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in digital PR, journalist outreach, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
A portfolio of successful PR campaigns and media placements.
Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques.
Experience using PR outreach and media monitoring platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Strong understanding of link building strategies and their impact on SEO.
Experience in the digital marketing agency space is advantageous.
