Digital Marketing Strategist to Design Sales Funnel: EducationB2B [CLOSED]

www.iwitts.org is the small business I run, empowering educators to recruit and retain women in STEM and Career and Technical Education Programs, primarily at the 2-year college level. I am a thought leader in this field. I have been doing online marketing since 1999.

1) I need a digital marketing strategist to design 2 different funnels for 2 campaigns:

WomenTech Training and Coaching Packages for schools

● New 6-foot banners with female role models

This will include email automations, free gifts, webinars, videos, landing pages, and homepage specials. We will drive traffic from our email list of 6000+ and Linked-in and Partner Marketing Channels. I want you to instruct me on what the campaign elements should be and we will brainstorm content together.

Next, you will provide me with a written funnel execution plan that includes draft landing page mock-ups, automation timings, and best practice examples of the funnel elements to guide me. I have extensive pre-existing content that can be repurposed, and you will have access to examples from past campaigns. I will work with a Technical VA and copywriter to create the campaign content. Please note, I already know who my audience is, I don’t use paid ads, and I have a draft marketing plan.

2) You will review funnel design and content and provide feedback for revisions. You must be able to give feedback on the execution to myself and other team members who will execute the funnel.

3) You will analyze campaign results and recommend campaign changes based on metrics. You will create a spreadsheet to analyze the data.

I have an ongoing need for funnels so if this works out there will be many more projects.

About You:

· Minimum 3 years of experience developing successful online sales funnels

· Able to share examples of successful campaigns that generated leads — with metrics

· Your funnels have included email, webinars and YouTube videos. Linkedin is a plus.

· B2B experience with long sales cycles — 6 months on average for our training and coaching

· Intermediate skills with Active Campaign

· Have worked with a team and are able to give high-level direction on design, content, image selection and other details needed for execution

· Able to give useful feedback on execution until we get it right.

· At least 1-2 hours availability during West Coast US time zone so we can meet, brainstorm, plan and discuss each week.

· Bonus points for experience with:

o High-ticket items

o Education system or government

o Training and coaching programs/products

o Women and STEM

My work is focused on women in STEM, so if you’re passionate about this topic you will most certainly enjoy the job. However, you don’t need to know anything about women in STEM to apply.
