Project Manager for Digital Marketing Agency (Remote position)

We are looking for a sharp Project Manager to join our growing digital marketing/advertising agency. We're looking for a team player with strong organization and communication skills to help us make sure our business runs smoothly, and to improve the effectiveness of our team and marketing efforts.

This is a virtual position working with our distributed team. The time investment will be 40 hours per week. You can work from your own home, but you must have a distraction-free workspace. The hours can be flexible, but you must be reliable, and available during Pacific Standard Time…or at least a portion of the day overlapping. All of our clients are in the US.

In addition to PM tasks, you will also get to put together SOPs and guide the team to follow the new processes you set up to help the agency run smoothly and profitably.

About You...

• Love a fast-paced environment.
• Are so organized that friends and family may joke about you being too obsessive with how organized you are.
• Pick up new software and have experience with software like Asana, Trello, Active Campaign, SEMRush, Adobe Suite, social media channels, and Google Business Suite.
• Have 5+ years managing projects, creative teams, and clients in a small team marketing/advertising environment.
• Love working with people. You're quick to respond to clients and customers, but also take pride in your attention to detail...never missing a beat.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have a good understanding of the digital marketing world and can manage projects ranging from branding, websites, content, social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
• You are so proactive that you're like..."What else can I take off your plate?"
• Looking to grow with a company and not become the star of your own business (we love shiny stars, but it's not a match for this extremely supportive role.)
