Digital Marketing Project Manager [CLOSED]

Full Time 1500.00 USD Type: Monthly

We are an SEO agency that manages SEO campaigns and content marketing for eCommerce brands and software companies in the United States and Europe such as Citizen Watch, Frederique Constant, Bulova, Goat.com and many, many more global brands.

We offer continuous SEO and digital marketing training so you can improve your skills and level up your career. Our team will invest hundreds of hours into your training. The training includes digital marketing courses, coaching from senior marketers, and working directly with global brands to make an impact on their strategy.

We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team and manage digital campaigns for our clients. This is a remote position. All applicants must be willing to work at least 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. EST, while the remaining four hours in your workday are flexible.

The ideal Digital Marketing Project Manager will be someone who is excited to work with great client and agency teams to turn data and big ideas into marketing campaigns with impact. You will be able to work directly with senior members of the Fire&Spark team, championing data-driven initiatives for our clients by coordinating the efforts of experienced SEO strategists and analysts.


  • Lead client engagements, proactively solve issues with client projects and ensure goals are met
  • Work with project strategists team to monitor, measure and analyze account performance, communicating findings, insights and recommendations on a regular basis
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of Fire&Spark’s project management capabilities and best practices
  • Manage analysts to ensure deadlines are hit
  • Manage project resources against defined budgets
  • Recruit and manage external contractors and freelancers
  • Train junior team members
  • Lead regular internal and client meetings
  • Assist in preparing high quality, detailed analyses and reports using Excel
  • Coordinate with clients and teammates to execute on the SEO strategy effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team to improve the ways we communicate our expertise and attract stellar clients

You should apply if you have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated project management or client-facing consulting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and client management communication skills
  • Fluency in written and verbal English for a business setting
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google spreadsheets with the ability to put together detailed reports
  • Team management experience
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and a highly analytical thinker
  • Avid learner
  • Strong G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite skills
