We are looking for a proactive and visionary Digital Marketing Operations Manager to lead and oversee multiple interconnected projects, ensuring seamless execution across content creation, social media, lead generation, and website management. This role is critical in driving our digital marketing initiatives end-to-end, creating synergies between teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.

About you

👌 What you’ll do or be responsible for:

Key Project Management and Coordination

  • YouTube Digital Producer: Oversee the end-to-end process of creating YouTube content, from ideation and scripting to production, editing, and publishing. Ensure quality and timely delivery of content aligned with brand goals.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage workflows to repurpose YouTube content for social media platforms, ensuring engaging and consistent presence across all channels.
  • Lead Generation Operations: Manage the lead generation team, ensuring smooth workflows for outreach, prospecting, and follow-ups to achieve performance goals.
  • Website Management: Supervise website updates, including branding redesign, new design implementation, content creation, and optimization for user experience and SEO. Monitor project progress and resolve any bottlenecks.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Define project priorities and timelines, ensuring all initiatives align with overarching business objectives.
  • Monitor and measure the success of projects using KPIs/ important deliverables, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content creators, designers, developers, and outreach specialists) to ensure cohesion and efficiency.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead a diverse team of creators, marketers, and operational staff to achieve project milestones.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Identify resource gaps and work with the recruitment team to hire and onboard skilled professionals for project-specific needs (e.g., animators, editors, developers).

Operational Excellence

  • Streamline processes for content creation, social media promotion, and lead generation to improve efficiency and output quality.
  • Develop clear documentation for workflows and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across projects
     

Branding and Content Oversight

  • Maintain brand consistency across all content and platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and messaging.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create a cohesive look and feel for all digital assets, including the new website design.

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track progress on all projects, ensuring they stay within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Provide daily/weekly and monthly updates to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Regularly review and refine KPIs for each project to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Operations manager
  • Hands on experience with project management software, like MS Project and AtTask
  • Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Experience leading various teams (including developers)
  • Knowledge of UE software
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills
  • BSc in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or relevant field
