GC Recruitment is an executive recruitment firm that specializes in Accounting and Finance. Our niche and top clients are nationwide consulting firms that are in search of top CPA's from accounting firms in the US.

GC Recruitment was founded earlier this year & in just a short time we accomplished great results by earning huge placement contracts with top clients: The Siegfried Group and The Connor Group. We will continue to grow & specialize in nationwide consulting placements in accounting and finance but will eventually break into other industries as well as other professionals (legal, healthcare, etc.)

At the moment we are a small team of the CEO and two VAs based in Eastern Europe & the Philippines. We are open & honest with each other, and share an entrepreneurial spirit & client-first mindset.

To accommodate our growth, we are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager who will play a key role in the team & help us scale the business.

The focus of this role is to help us market to potential candidates for roles in very specific niches.

We know the names of the people we’re targeting as we can identify them on LinkedIn however they’re flooded with messages on LinkedIn so we need to come up with innovative marketing strategies to reach them on other channels to make them want to engage with us and the roles we’re looking to fill.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Help us source and target amazing qualified candidates using more than just LinkedIn
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media & display advertising
  • Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Come up with strategies regarding marketing/lead generation systems & avenues

Although a general onboarding will be organised for you to help you understand our business, we expect you to be the subject-matter expert. In your first weeks with us, alongside the onboarding, we will draft a strategy of immediate action steps.

Tasks management & communication take place over Slack & Outlook mail.


To be our successful candidate for this position, you need to have:

  • Digital marketing experience & proven success track record
  • Understanding of all things digital marketing such as Social Media (especially LinkedIn), email marketing, website, etc.
  • Fluent spoken and written English

Brownie points for:

  • Experience in digital marketing in the recruitment/executive recruitment space
  • Accounting and finance recruiting experience
  • Using Outlook email for work.

  • Performance-based bonuses paid out quarterly or bi-annually
  • Flexible working hours, ideally Mon – Friday 9-5 EST, but not required
