We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and detail-oriented digital marketer to join our team full-time. As a digital marketing manager, you will be responsible for managing our own and our client campaigns on Facebook, Google and Email.

This role is ideal for someone who prefers ongoing work in a full-time role over freelancing but wants to enjoy the benefits of working remotely.


We are a growing digital advertising agency specializing in direct response marketing on Facebook & Instagram, Google Ads and Email automation. Our clients are mostly from the E-commerce, SaaS and B2B space, but we also work with clients from other industries.

We're a small, passionate team distributed around the globe (100% remote). You’re the ideal candidate if you are looking for a long-term position in which you can grow, learn and build a career (not just for an extra source of income!).



As a digital marketing manager, you are able to manage a marketing campaign from strategy to actual implementation. You will take ownership of marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are running smoothly and performing well.

You’ll be expected to follow our processes when creating PPC campaigns on Facebook and Google, come up with new ideas for ad testing and implement improvements. 

You will need to be extremely detail-oriented and organized. You will be expected to ensure nothing gets missed.

This is suitable for someone hard-working, who really wants to learn and grow, develop their skills, prove themselves and take on more responsibility.

This is a full-time, remote position. We are based in Europe so you don’t have to work US hours. You will work Monday - Friday, hours can be determined when hired.

Initial salary is $900 - $1,000 per month + a quarterly bonus of $300 based on performance.



  • Have experience setting up, running and optimizing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

  • Have previous experience running Google Ads campaigns

  • Have social media management  experience (not required but a plus)

  • Exceptional and fluent written English

  • German skills (not required but a plus)

  • Are well-organized and detail-oriented

  • Are a self-starter, take ownership of your role and work autonomously

  • Know when something needs to be delegated, such as video, image or content creation

  • Can write clear instructions and briefs for team members to follow

  • Enjoy working as part of a team, brainstorming ideas or troubleshooting problems together, and don’t mind regular meetings

  • Wordpress & Elementor page builder (not required but a plus)

  • The full GSuite for Email, file management, file storage and sharing, etc.
