As our new Digital Marketing Manager, you will take over marketing responsibilities from the CEO, with a mission to scale existing channels, improve campaign performance, and grow revenue Year on Year.
We need someone to set and execute the marketing strategy, manage and grow the marketing team (three reports currently), monetize our traffic, optimize our funnels, ensure the effectiveness of our email campaigns and content strategy, analyze current traffic patterns, identify growth opportunities, and create comprehensive marketing plans using the latest digital marketing techniques. You will frequently collaborate with the IT specialist to set up CRO tests, and work with the CRM assistant and email copywriter to write and repurpose email campaigns.
The ideal candidate has a solid track record of success in CRO, video marketing, and email.
Key responsibilities:
π― Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to fuel growth.
π° CRO: Conducting conversion rate optimization testing across all funnels, ensuring consistent incremental improvements.
π Video Marketing: Creating and driving leads with video content.
π Team Management: Hire, manage, and mentor a small team of marketing professionals and freelancers.
π Campaign Creation and Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and video content.
π± Brand Development: Maintain and develop a strong, distinctive brand presence.
π’ Performance Optimization: Optimize KPI tracking and employ data-driven analytics to enhance campaign performance.
π Cross-selling: Creative strategies to cross-sell, up-sell services to existing customers.
π Reporting: Report performance and campaign results to management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvemen
Working hours: This is a full-time role. We have a global remote-first workforce, so time zone is flexible (preferably not Australia). You must be available to have meetings with people working normal hours in the US.

β Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively among a team who all work remotely from their own homes.
β Analytical mindset: High attention to detail and a critical thinker
β Adaptability: Responds positively to changing priorities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
