- Experienced in digital marketing with over 5 years of experience in B2B environments – extremely tech savy
- Well conversant with digital lead generation tools like SEO, Google adverts & LinkedIn sponsorship ads
- Extensive leadership skills and ability to tackle challenges head on
- Verbally fluent with good command of English language
- Smart, hardworking, a trouble shooter and focused.
- Excellent communication skills, a positive mindset and loves learning.
- Facebook Ads Experience and Email Marketing/Automation experience, ideally in a B2C Environment
- Copywriting knowhow - you can bust out a great ad
- Experience of acquiring cold traffic and turning it into revenue
- An excellent understanding of copywriting for ads, email marketing, consumer psychology, and the process of gradually turning a cold click into an excited customer
- Experience with any major email automation marketing CRM software
- Strong ability to use Analytics to identify opportunities to improve results
- The ability to point to successful Facebook ad campaigns - or other marketing campaigns - that you have created and explain why they worked
