QuickMail helps to automate cold email at scale in the B2B space. It helps companies find new clients who need their service or solution. QuickMail uses its product for marketing & sales opportunities. They do it better than anyone else because of their focus on technology (better deliverability, thanks to their auto-warmer and inbox rotating solution). They are a tech-first company and are proud of their product.

QuickMail has doubled in the last year with the help of their team execution & focus; at QuickMail, everyone knows how they should play to win as a team. Their goal this year is to double again.

They are a remote-first company, financials are shared and everyone is free to voice their opinion. They are a team of 6 people at the moment and looking to double the team as well if possible this year, so it's a fantastic opportunity to join them and make an impact. They have people in Central & Eastern Europe, Asia & US.

If you want to join highly dedicated colleagues and push what is possible, there is a spot for you. QuickMail is going full-on native integration and API this year to develop their ecosystem. Therefore, they are looking for a back-end developer to help with 3rd party integrations.

As their next Developer, you will help them expand their existing audience through 3rd party visibility and provide more value to their existing audience that needs the integration.

In this role, you will:

• Build integration with other platforms, implement new features & fix bugs.
• Write clear and clean code, keeping the integrity of code architecture (reusing systems already in place when developing new features)
• Write performance code, keeping the system stable (speed and memory performance)
• Write tests to make sure new code is properly covered and reduce the possibility to introduce bugs
• Work & interact with the other developer (reviewing PR) and report directly to the founder (currently fulfilling CTO, has 20 years XP in development)

To excel in this role, you need to have:

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Solid knowledge of background jobs and performance (Sidekiq, ideally)
• Experience developing professional Ruby on Rails applications, ideally another SaaS product
• Results-focused mindset
• Ability to take ownership in solving the problem vs completing tasks
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to be exposed to the business side
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Owning a Macbook Pro with Visual Code

• Postgraduate education
• Experience with LinkedIn automation
• Experience with Salesforce integration
• Dev-ops skills
• Experience with website crawlers
• Architecture understanding
• Experience with designing APIs
