Since November of 2015 we have successfully accommodated over 35,000 guests with excellent reviews and are quickly expanding nationwide and across borders as we manage other owners’ properties 100% virtually just like our own.

As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio of short-term rental properties, we are looking for a skilled Revenue Manager to take our pricing strategies to the next level. This role is critical in ensuring that our properties are competitively priced while maximizing revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to adapt pricing strategies based on real-time data. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive pricing models that are applicable across various property and market types. Your work will directly impact our profitability and help us stay ahead in a competitive market.
Additionally, you will play a key role in communicating with our clients, the property owners, to explain our pricing strategies and ensure they are confident in our processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will need to articulate complex pricing models and strategies in a way that is easily understandable.
