Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries email and chat;
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
• Provide product information and assistance with billing questions;
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate team members;
• Document customer interactions and information in a customer relationship management system;
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and resolution rate.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to think quickly and problem-solve;
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service;
• Proficiency with computers and technology;
• Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required;
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
