We wouldn’t be anywhere today if it weren’t for our loyal customers. We owe them the world.
For that reason, we’re looking to seriously up our customer support game and ensure that we continue to provide industry leading customer service. We already do a pretty decent job of ensuring our customers are happy and content, however, we want to take this to the next level.
We can’t do that alone though. We need a customer support team member who can go above and beyond to provide expert support for our members. We want our customers to rest assured that if they have a problem, you’ll have the answer.
For those extra tricky questions that you just don’t have the answer to, you’ll be expected to escalate the situation accordingly to upper management while ensuring that customers are kept up to date and understand exactly what is happening every step of the way.
You’ll be given full training for the job but you’ll also need to bring your own level of charm and character to the position. We don’t want our customers to feel like they’re being fed automated messages by a robot. It’s your task to take our templates and make them your own and add in that extra sparkle that sets us apart from others.
That’s not all though, we want to ensure we keep a close relationship with our customers. A big part of this strategy means recording a personalized welcoming video to every new member who signs up. You don’t need studio quality lightning or a picture perfect background, however, you will need to be able to confidently record small, 1 minute videos to warmly welcome all our new members.
