About the role

We’re looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to join our remote team and be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inbound phone calls, respond to emails and WhatsApp messages, and support our internal team with administrative tasks when communication is quiet.

This is a night shift position (10 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time), ideal for someone who thrives in calm overnight hours and wants to be part of a high-performing, service-focused team. You’ll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly while providing an excellent experience for our guests—even before they step onto a tour van.

We’re not just looking for someone to answer the phone—we want someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

About you

You’re reliable, organized, and confident on the phone. You speak clearly and professionally, with excellent spoken English and a friendly tone that puts people at ease. You don’t need a script to sound helpful—you know how to listen, answer questions, and represent a company with warmth and confidence.

You’re comfortable handling inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and light admin tasks in between. You take initiative, stay focused even when things are quiet, and love helping others.

You don’t need perfect written grammar—our team uses AI to help with emails—but you should be comfortable sending short, polite replies when needed.

You're tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems, and able to work independently without constant supervision. Most importantly, you're excited to be part of a growing company where your work truly matters, and you're looking for a long-term role where you can make a difference.
