Position Overview

We're seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic English Learning Success Coach to support our students throughout their language learning journey. As a Success Coach, you'll be the primary point of contact for our students, providing motivation, accountability, and guidance to help them succeed in their English learning goals.
Working time is Central European Time (CET).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular coaching calls with students to track progress and provide support
• Monitor student engagement and proactively reach out to those who need additional assistance
• Develop strong relationships with students to understand their unique challenges and learning styles
• Provide personalized recommendations and strategies to help students overcome learning obstacles
• Document student interactions and maintain detailed progress records

Required Qualifications

• Good English proficiency
• Previous experience in customer success, coaching, or education
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships
• Strong problem-solving abilities
