We are expanding our business rapidly and because of that, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join us!

Your role would be to ensure our Done With You and For You clients get an incredible service by being their primary point of contact.

You'll be energetic, outgoing, professional and you'll get excited at the idea of helping business owners grow their businesses and free their time by helping them hire great team members.

More specifically, as our next Customer Success Specialist you will:

  • Lead client onboarding calls, explain our process, our expectations and show them how we're going to get them great results
  • Be responsible for maintaining great client contact
  • Look for ways to improve the client communication process to ensure & encourage referrals and repeat business
  • Be the face of our client delivery by engaging with customers, managing the onboarding of our high touch recruitment services, providing updates to customers including by email, videos and regular Zoom calls
  • Accurately and promptly transfer client's requests to the Operations / Recruitment teams
  • Liaise with the recruitment and operations team about the status of client roles to be able to effectively keep the clients up to date
  • Maintain proactive contact with clients to ensure they remain fully engaged in the hiring process to help us help them to succeed
  • Build rapport with the client ensuring great communication whilst also ensuring the Recruitment / Operations teams have all the necessary information to produce excellent work

You will play a key role in our team and enable us to continue to grow successfully, ensuring our clients turn into raving fans that constantly recommend us to other business owners.

In your first few weeks at JobRack, you will have the opportunity to learn how we operate our business, shadow the current team on client calls and build confidence to take on client calls yourself.

We'll give you a LOT of support but we know you'll be itching to get going yourself pretty quickly!

Our ideal candidate for this position has:

  • Proven client/customer management experience including account management / interaction at a senior professional level.
  • Confident, reassuring approach to communications that makes clients feel good and looked after.
  • Excellent organisational skills → doing a weekly and/or daily plan will be as natural as breathing to you
  • Detail-oriented mindset & excellent problem-solving skills
  • Client-focused mindset → you are empathetic, positive & energetic
  • Excellent communication skills & fluent English both verbal and written
  • Experience using Zoom & G-Suite

Brownie points for:

  • Experience working in Recruitment or HR

What’s in it for you?

  • $9-12.5* per hour
  • Full-time with at least four hours per day between 3 PM and 7 PM CET ideally with some flexibility to work one or two days in late mornings to noon (10 AM - 12 PM CET)
  • Working hours include primarily late afternoon/early evening CET. Flexibility is helpful to support client availability but normal hours of 3 PM - 7 PM CET is good
