As a rapidly growing business, SalesRook is growing its team by onboarding a new Customer Success Manager. You will play a fundamental role in the success of SalesRook and you will genuinely help shape the future of the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic operator looking for huge professional growth opportunities and that wants to work with an amazing team.

More specifically, within this role, you will;

  • Be responsible for keeping customers happy, helping scale the business by maximising the revenue generated from them
  • Manage re-subscription conversations with existing customers
  • Establish long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers
  • Coordinate a team of frontline and technical staff to solve support tickets
  • Coordinate the supply of first-class onboarding experiences for customers
  • Consult, create, propose, document effective strategies to grow customer accounts
  • Establish and host a Customer Advisory Board (CAB), coaching them on challenges, receiving suggestions from customers whilst suggesting effective strategies and solutions (F2F video meetings, phone conversations, written comms, managing incoming queries)
  • Deliver regular reports on performance and engagement
  • Ensure successful free trial conversions
  • Coordinate with contractors for delivery of, marketing funnel development / maintenance, content creation (video, copy, image sourcing), PPC advertising management to ensure it meets customer expectations
  • Manage and report on subcontracted software licence agreements for each customer, and billing relationships with licensors to improve cost efficiency
  • Report to Remi, one of the Co-Founders, and interact with the entire team

An onboarding process will be organised for you once you join SalesRook and you will be supported as much as possible. You will have a chance to learn more about the business model, shadow other team members and attend meetings, as well as get to know the customers and understand the overall strategies.

SalesRook is looking for a self-starter who already has solid experience in customer-facing roles; therefore, we are looking for someone who isn't afraid to take over responsibilities and make important decisions.

In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

  • Commercial experience and success in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent account management skills and proven track record of success
  • Awesome skills with spreadsheets, slide decks, and the ability to analyse and interpret data - you are great with Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and hold commercial conversations with them
  • Sound understanding of technology and SaaS platforms, CRMs, and instant messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)
  • High attention to detail - be sure to mention ‘conscientiousness’ in your application form.

Brownie points for:

  • Eagerness to dip your toes into other parts of the business, potentially helping out with operations, finance, sales & marketing. Any experience in these areas would be a huge bonus
  • Experience with Asana, ActiveCampaign, Facebook Business Manager, Landing Page Software, HubSpot, G-Suite and/or Slack
