We’re on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you’re someone who loves connecting with people, solving problems, and working in a laid-back, supportive environment, we might just be your perfect match!
Your main focus will be helping our customers via email and making their experience with us as smooth as possible. Here’s what the role looks like:
📅 Teamwork – Work with our small (but awesome) team to answer customer questions and sort out any issues quickly.
📧 Problem-Solving – Spot ways we can improve how we handle inquiries and help make the process even better.
🤝 Customer Care – Listen to customers, understand their needs, and come up with solutions that work for them while keeping things aligned with our policies.
📝 Collaboration – Keep communication flowing with your teammates to create a top-notch experience for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:
It’d be awesome if you have:
✅ 1–3 years of e-commerce customer service experience—you’ve been there, done that, and can handle customer inquiries like a pro.
✅ Good English skills—clear, friendly, and professional communication is key. (P.S. We use Grammarly too!)
✅ Tech savviness—you’re comfortable with Slack, GSuite, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
✅ Shopify knowledge—not a dealbreaker if you don’t, but it’s definitely a bonus.
