Right now, nextsales is looking for its next team member – a Customer Account Manager who will ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication, strategic problem-solving, and prompt, professional management of customer requests.
As the next Customer Account Manager, you will play a key role in the company by ensuring the retention and expansion of the customers managed, which will promote the company's growth and accomplishment of the strategic plans.
