Right now, nextsales is looking for its next team member – a Customer Account Manager who will ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication, strategic problem-solving, and prompt, professional management of customer requests.

As the next Customer Account Manager, you will play a key role in the company by ensuring the retention and expansion of the customers managed, which will promote the company's growth and accomplishment of the strategic plans. In turn, the role comes with a huge scope for professional growth, and you will work in a friendly and supportive work environment.

More specifically, within this role, you will:

  • Manage accounts of up to 20 customers and act as their primary point of contact at nextsales
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and account retention through effective communication, strategic problem-solving, and prompt, professional management of customer requests
  • Consistently analyse account results data to prepare and present reporting on customer meetings
  • Continuously evaluate outreach strategy (playbook) and collaborate with customers internally to optimise performance
  • Collaborate with customers to set appropriate sales meeting targets
  • Act as the primary point of contact to resolve customer issues
  • Identify ways to grow customer accounts
  • Maintain accurate records in nextsales systems of meetings, decisions, and next actions
  • Work and interact with the Sales Operations Managers, the SDR Managers, and the SDRs

As you join the company, an intensive one-month training program will be organised for you as a part of the onboarding. You will learn more about the role and the responsibilities it comes with, and you will be supported by the whole team as needed in the period following your onboarding.

nextsales is looking for an honest, humble, and accountable professional with experience in client-facing roles. More specifically, in order to excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing a portfolio of customers, developing and driving strategies to maximise retention
  • Account management experience or experience in customer-facing roles, and project management experience
  • Experience with CRM tools, e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot
  • Experience with project management tools and sales enablement software
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office tools
  • Professional approach to work and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong integrity and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with the clients

Brownie points for:

  • Work experience in sales and marketing, sales management, and/or cold outreach
  • A university degree in Business Management, Sales, or related field
  • Experience with Apollo and LinkedIn Premium
