Copy Chief is hiring a CRM and Automations Specialist!

We’re looking for the right person to join our team to help us set up and manage the tech behind our funnels and automations.

They’ll be responsible for managing our existing automations and funnels, troubleshooting tech challenges, connecting APIs, and ensuring that our technology stays updated so we can continue to deliver great content and service to our members.

(Important: Experience in Infusionsoft is a requirement for this role)

They’ll also work in collaboration with the Marketing Department to build out and test new automations and funnels in Infusionsoft, Clickfunnels, and Thrivecart (i.e. – build the funnels to sell and deliver new products).

One of our main priorities is continually streamlining and simplifying our business operations – including our tech. We’d look to you to help us keep the tech systems clean and tidy, as well as look for new ways to make our technology simpler to manage and use.

As part of this role, you’ll be joining our leadership team. We love to celebrate team wins, and invest in the development of our key team members.

The role is remote, but you must be able to work and be available during business hours in a US timezone.

We will provide SOPs and training, but we’re looking for someone who already has extensive experience with the platforms in our tech stack, and can Google their way to most answers – then ask for help when they get stuck.

The ideal person has an extremely high attention to detail, strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, and extensive experience with the following:

• Infusionsoft (** Extensive knowledge and experience with Infusionsoft automations is critical)
• Zapier
• ClickFunnels
• Thrivecart
• Memberium
• Wordpress
• Google Suite and Google Search Console

You’ll also be managing other software and technology such as LearnDash 3.0 LMS (learning management software), Invision (community forum platform), Stripe, HelpDesk, Wistia, and more.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with PHP, CSS, and HTML – but if you don’t have experience in these areas (and are willing to learn these new skills ) – we will provide training and still encourage you to apply.
