We are a premium leather goods brand specializing in high-quality vintage backpacks, duffel bags, and messenger bags. Our products are designed for those who appreciate timeless style, craftsmanship, and durability.

Our primary audience consists of individuals aged 45 and older—professionals, travelers, and outdoor enthusiasts who value premium, long-lasting leather goods.

We launched in October and, in just a few months, have become one of the fastest-growing e-commerce brands worldwide. In December alone, we generated over $2 million in revenue, proving the demand for our high-quality products.

Now, we’re looking for a 

Creative Strategist

 to help us scale even further by developing compelling, high-performing ad creatives for 

Facebook, Instagram, and other paid media platforms

. This role is crucial in ensuring our marketing not only reaches but deeply resonates with our audience.

About the role

As our Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and directing ad creatives that engage our 45+ target demographic. You will work closely with video editors, designers, and marketers to develop ad concepts that blend storytelling, nostalgia, and product value—ultimately driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Ideation & Strategy: Develop engaging, conversion-focused ad concepts specifically tailored to an older audience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, and marketers to execute creative ideas.
  • Audience & Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor ads, and consumer insights—especially among audiences aged 45+.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze ad performance and use data-driven insights to improve creatives for better engagement and ROI.
  • CRM & Communication Tools: Utilize Trello, Monday, Notion, or Slack to manage ideas, streamline creative workflows, and improve team collaboration.
  • A/B Testing: Run creative tests (copy, visuals, formats) to optimize ad performance.

Brand Consistency:

 Ensure all creatives align with our premium, vintage aesthetic and effectively communicate product value.

About you

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in a creative strategy role, ideally in e-commerce, DTC brands, or working with a 45+ audience.
  • Ad Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising, including best practices for ad creatives.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret ad performance data and optimize creative assets accordingly.
  • Creativity & Storytelling: A talent for crafting compelling narratives that connect emotionally with older audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM Tools: Experience using Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms for idea management and collaboration.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Excellent ability to work with cross-functional teams, including designers, editors, and marketers.

Portfolio:

 A  strong portfolio showcasing past ad creatives and concepts

 that have performed well.
