Václav Hanousek is the CEO & Founder of V.H. Media Enterprise with 15 years of experience in Fashion & Beauty. The company creates strategic, direct response data-driven videos for beauty businesses, where each video is tailored to a specific funnel level. They have worked with numerous beauty brands and celebrities all around the world, including L'Oreal, Kerastase Institut Paris, Vanity Planet, and Sutra Beauty among others.

Right now, the V.H.Media Enterprise is looking to hire a Creative Director on a part-time basis initially. This is an exciting and dynamic long-term opportunity to join a company that works with famous brands; in this role, you will have an opportunity to grow professionally and accelerate your career in the creative industry.

More specifically, within this role, you will:

• Identify the brand voice, goals, and needs based on clients’ brands and briefs
• Analyse previous advertising data and find patterns of what worked
• Come up with creative strategies to create the best content
• Create video content for the clients
• Ensure the quality standards are met and analyse their performance

As you grow into your role, you will have an opportunity to take on additional tasks based on your skills and experience. In your first weeks, you will work closely with the Founder and the CEO to get the feel for the operations and systems currently in place. You will have access to all the SOPs and you will manage small incoming video projects from various niches.

In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

• Strong video editing and motion graphics experience
• Experience in crafting creative storytelling strategies
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro and Photoshop
• Ability to think strategically for yourself
• Great time management skills
• Proactive, open-minded and positive work attitude
• Ability to communicate openly and find areas of improvement
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
• Detail-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills

Brownie points for:

• Solid understanding of/experience with digital marketing, eCommerce and/or advertising
• Experience working with bigger projects, ideally with big brands
• Experience with 3D and Illustrator
