Job Summary:
Creative Designer Specialist is the forefront of outstanding creative expertise of the DSP Department working on different collaborative and diverse portfolios of digital advertising.

Creative Designer Specialist understands the relationship of visual advertising and consumer behavior and mental processes, in order to identify the factors that drive consumer interactions, conversions, and sell-through. This understanding shall enable the specialist to strategize, launch, and adapt elements of display creatives based on performance like click through, bounce, and conversion rates through artistic representation of the clients’ sacred brands.

Additionally, Creative Specialist shall be the digital content expert for the larger organization – developing, editing, and owning visual content for presentations, proposals, blog posts, infographics, and more. They shall have the opportunity to be a part of the organization’s supportive, motivated, and team-centric culture. As they say, we don’t have to play sports to know how much fun it is to connect with a team that makes us a better person.



Job Duties:
The duties of the Creative Designer Specialist include but not limited to the following:
-Create ads in Amazon/Sizmek ad creator.
-Interact with Creative Agency Producers and Developers to find the best solution to utilize the creatives.
-Help identify technical issues with creatives and be 1st line of support.
-Collaborate closely with Creative Agency producers to help them execute Display, Mobile and Video campaigns.
-Build strong relationships with Creative Agency producers and developers.
-Create, organize and maintain clients’ creative folders.
-Recommend the creation and most effective execution of clients’ ads.
-Manage relationship, processes, and planning for a portfolio of digital advertising activations with external partners.
-Responsible for maintaining content across our agency's ecosystem – ensuring content is relevant and optimized to drive engagement and conceptual understanding.
-Responsible for innovation, optimization, and cost efficiency of an assigned portfolio.
-Own process for reactive commercial / consumer moments and delivering at speed and with efficiency.



Qualifications:
The Creative Designer Specialist shall possess the following qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Familiarity with Display advertising sizes and best practices
-Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies.
-Ability to understand consumer behavior across the entire digital landscape.
-Affinity with the Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions and processes.
-Basic understanding and passion for the Amazon/Ecommerce industry.
-Solid knowledge of the Adobe package.
-Ability to work on multiple teams and projects at once.
-DSP and Agency working experience, preferred but not mandatory.
-Fluent in English both verbally and written.
-Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely.
-Distinctive strategic mindset and ability to prioritize and delegate high numbers of tasks with varying workload and importance.

Education and Experience:
Two-year relevant work experience OR four-year college or university degree preferably in a Graphic Design discipline
