Future State Media provides a range of digital marketing services for our customers that work with us.e help them to understand the marketing world and come up with cost effective strategies for them to succeed.
Our customers are primarily digital entrepreneurs who are operating in the eCommerce and the content site industry and we're applying a mix of strategies to develop their organic traffic streams. We work in association with a paid advertising agency to fill this gap for our clients.
However - our business also operates a number of revenue generating content websites of our own and for clients, publishing large volumes of content per month. We're therefore building an operation that identifies keywords and article opportunities, delivers on them with engaging content and continually optimises that content for monetisation.
Our services include keyword research, content writing, content upload and optimisation, Search Engine Optimisation (on-page and off-page), full turnkey management of websites - SEO and content, full website build services including eCommerce, website management (updates, security and general optimisation), Pinterest Management, Social Media Management, Collaboration Management (influencer marketing), eCommerce strategy development and financial modelling and eCommerce SEO.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Content Manager who would be both involved with managing and developing clients' portfolios of content websites. You will be responsible for keyword research in different niches, content management, writers management, content delivery on websites on WordPress, content edits, On-Page optimization and monitoring, Off-Page optimization, internal and external reporting.
You’ll be in charge of executing all the mentioned above content management and SEO tasks, analyzing the progress and results, and providing your expertise to help the websites and the company grow! You will be expected to deliver an amazing amount of value to all our client’s portfolios we manage.

You’ll have full support from your manager, who you will work directly with, along with other team members and a range of SOPs, training and information.

⇢ Excellent Written English - You will be working with content, so excellent written English skills are essential.
⇢ High Attention to Detail - You must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately proof your own work.
⇢ Experience with managing high volumes of content delivery - We produce a high volume of content each month. Ideally, you should be used to delivering at a fast pace while keeping the quality very high.
⇢ Experience with managing writers - We work with both in-house and freelance writers and have a team of about 20 people. We have our own systems to track progress and manage writers. All writers are really autonomous so it is basic work of organising, communication and support.

⇢ Planning and Analytical skills - You will be planning high volumes of content based on targets, monitoring delivery and quality so planning and analytical skills are a must.

⇢ Experience with WordPress
⇢ Able to learn new software tools and systems quickly - We use a variety of systems including Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Asana, WordPress, Google Drive (Sheets and Documents), Gmail, Google Analytics and others so you’ll need to be willing and able to to learn fast.
⇢ Self Motivated, Highly organized and Confident in asking questions - You'll be working remotely and communicating with the team online. It is important that you are self-starter, highly organized and confident to be able to ask for help when needed.
⇢ Hard-working - You need to be able to juggle and prioritize tasks and projects, completing them in a timely manner.
⇢ Available to work at least 3-4 hours overlap with UK Time zone
⇢ Ideally have 3 years + of experience with all content management and SEO аspects
● This is a full-time role, so that is a minimum of 150 hours per month. Available to work at least 3-4 hours of your working days (Monday - Friday) with an overlap with the UK Time zone
● The role is 100% remote, you can work from anywhere you choose, so long as you have a fast and consistent internet connection, your own computer and a webcam.
● Salary of $1800- $2000 - per month and is commensurate with experience and enthusiasm.
