Job Description:
We are seeking a VA to join our team as a full-time editor assistant. Working directly with our team of Editors, this role offers the opportunity to work within a fast paced and rapidly growing digital publishing and SEO company.

Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure articles follow our formatting guidelines
- Use wordpress and google docs to add images, affiliate links, and final touches to 3+ articles per day
- For articles which review websites, you must take screenshots of the websites reviewed and add them to the article with annotations
- For articles that review physical products, you must crop and edit images of products using a tool like canva, visme, or photoshop
- As you format articles you must have the ability to understand the user, and then format the article to improve the users experience
- Set up article tasks for editors, including Google Drive folders, necessary Google Docs, links and filling in custom fields in
Clickup (prioritize over affiliate linking)
- Work with editors to complete tasks and solve problems
- Perform tests on published live articles to ensure links work and formatting looks correct
- Convert articles/images to HTML for certain publishers
- Prioritize TODO items according to level of importance and deadline

Preferred Qualifications:
- Available 35+ hours a week
- Fluent-level English ability
- Experience working with niche websites and affiliate SEO
- High attention to detail
- Experience with programs such as ClickUp, WordPress, SurferSEO, Google Docs, Slack
- Basic design ability and experience with tools like Canva, Shutterstock, Photoshop, Adobe Spark
- Fast learner and self-starter
- Ability to sense problems, find bugs, and create solutions
