Community & Social Media Manager for Female Entrepreneur / Wellness Niche [CLOSED]

I’m looking for a motivated Community & Social Media Manager to join a growing online business in the entrepreneur/wellness space.


  • Love helping people!

  • Are experienced at growing & nurturing Facebook Groups, Instagram and Pinterest.

  • Are fluent in spoken/written English (you'll be writing in comments/emails with my English-speaking community members, so your English needs to be really good.)

  • Like to solve problems.

  • Love connecting people and building community online

  • Have a good visual/design sense, you’re not a designer, but you’ll be creating some social media posts and they need to fit the look & feel of the brand.

  • Bonus if you are interested in topics around online marketing, alternative health, entrepreneurs, holistic health, lifestyle design etc.



  • EMAIL - handle all incoming customer service emails (approximately 10 per day)

  • MEMBERSHIP COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT - We are launching a new membership site later this year, and you’ll be the community manager, engaging and connecting with members etc. 

  • FACEBOOK: Moderate, manage and engage our FB community of 5,000 members.

  • INSTAGRAM - Manage, schedule and engage on our IG account.

  • PINTEREST - Manage and schedule pins on our Pinterest boards.

  • SOCIAL CONTENT CREATION - creating FB, IG and Pinterest posts for our new and existing blog & podcast content.

  • Other admin/marketing tasks as required … I’ll probably need your help with the launch of the membership, including helping me setup membership content or run a webinar etc.


Our customers are mostly female entrepreneurs, ages 30-50 who are interested in wellbeing and alternative health (plus business/marketing topics.)

You’ll be working with Canva, Slack, Trello, Tailwind, Help Scout and Teachable. 

You’ll be working directly with me (the Founder). I’m based in London, UK, and most of our customers/members are US/UK. You need to be available at least 2 hours each day Monday-Friday during UK business hours (9am-5pm London time). Otherwise, you can work when you want.

Estimating 10-20 hours per week. Hours could increase depending on your interest & business growth.
