We are a US-based company and we’ve been in business for 12 years. We provide great tech and IT support to small businesses.

We need a new team member who is intelligent, good with computers, and is excited to jump in and learn a lot of different things and wear a bunch of different hats.

You will be working directly with our clients to answer their questions and help them resolve their IT issues, both via email (~80%) and phone (~20%). You may also be doing things like working with vendors and placing orders. We’ll provide all required training, so as long as you’re smart and have a knack for computers, you’ll be able to excel.

You:

  • Very good with with computers
  • Master Googler (i.e. you know how to find just about anything on Google)
  • Speak perfect English and have great written and verbal communications skills
  • Have a quiet place to work with reliable computer and Internet access
  • Will start at USD $500 per week paid weekly
  • Willing to work 9AM to 5PM New York time (that is late for you) and occasionally monitor things on weekends.
  • We look for people who want a career. We are not interested in people who jump job to job.
