Marketing CFO helps companies maximise their profits by providing them with a full financial picture for their business. They use data science to help combine operational, marketing & accounting data sources, and have so far had great success in keeping their customers happy!
The team currently consists of four members, one from Croatia, two from the Philippines and one from America. They’re hard-working & devoted to their clients, but there is no micromanagement and they enjoy all the flexibility remote work has to offer! :)
Right now, the company is looking for a Customer Success Manager / Operations Manager
to join their team.
As the new member of the team, you will need to:
- Manage the back end team
- Communicate with clients
- Ensure quality delivery
Tools you’ll need to use:
- ClickUp
- Slack
- Loom
- Zoom
- Power BI
- Excel
The onboarding process will include a three-month training where you’ll be working directly with the CEO, learn more about the company & learn to complete objectives on your own. As the company grows, this role will possibly grow into a position managing multiple project managers, with the potential to grow into a COO role as well.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a position with lots of growth potential, but also looking to gain more experience in finance, data science, digital marketing, and business in general. You don’t need to have a huge amount of experience, as long as you have incredible organizational & communication skills.

Brownie points for a background in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, MBA or Data Science! Also, having some experience in managing multiple clients & managing and training other client success managers is a plus!
