Dubai Tech Startup provides agency accounts from Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms as well as marketing tools and strategies to help its clients scale their businesses. The company is now building an app so that the clients can log in and make requests through it, helping the company facilitate and expand its operations!

Right now, Dubai Tech Startup is looking for its next team member - a full-time Client Account Manager to build solid relationships with clients and help them increase their LTV.

The three key areas of focus will include:

🟠 Helping clients increase their LTV and ensure their success

🟠 Interact with the clients and build rapport and trust with them

🟠 Collaborating with the team and assisting with the workload

More specifically, within this role, you will:

  • Develop and nourish solid relationships with clients
  • Analyse and assess the clients' "house accounts"
  • Meet and collaborate with suppliers and other partners (offer owners, asset providers, media buyers)
  • Fully learn the operations and processes related to client account management
  • Ensure client retention and increased LTVs
  • Come up with new innovative strategies to increase LTV and profit
  • Collaborate with program managers and other team members

Once you join the company, an onboarding process will be organised for you to learn about the company, its current processes, the team, the vision, and the services Dubai Tech Startup offers. However, the team counts on your experience and expertise to quickly hit the ground running after shadowing the existing Account Manager. This will be your opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the existing processes and operations before being assigned clients of your own.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales/account management
  • Proven track record of increasing client LTV and retention & the ability to come up with innovative solutions to increase the results/profitability
  • Experience working at a startup and/or semi-structured environments; you are comfortable with navigating yet-to-be-fully-structured processes and operations
  • Ability to build excellent rapport with clients and problem-solve clients' social media issues
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-growing digital company (fintech/adtech)
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Google, Tiktok & others) as well as an understanding of compliance and common issues on these platforms

Brownie points for:

  • Social media agency account experience
