About the role

Do you want to join a company that is changing the world?

We are seeking a CIO executive who will be in charge of the technology infrastructure of the company and lead on automation using Zoho as central tool. You will be managing our computer systems with duties including assessing current processes, automation, recommending improvements and directing the team on the best processes.

Note: Only full-time applicants will be accepted as the role is not applicable for freelancers & third-party agents

Working hours: 9am - 5pm UK time [Weekdays only]

Accountabilities:

• Creating business value through technology
• Overseeing the development of service system & platforms
• Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
• Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve experience
• Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance within the organization
• Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance
• Direct and organize IT-related projects
• Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage
• Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions
• Establishing IT policies, strategies, and standards
• Building processes for data protection and quality assurance

About you

Person specification

• Experience as CIO or similar managerial role
• Desirable knowledge of Zoho system & automation
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A strong strategic and business mindset
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
