Linkifi is a rapidly growing press link building agency. We help our clients get featured on the biggest publications in the world (NYT, Washington Post, Express.co.uk, Travel & Leisure, etc). We work with companies all over the world and are run by a small and driven team. We’re based in the UK and have a fully remote team, spread out throughout Europe.

About the Role

Linkifi is looking for a campaign manager to join the team in this key role. We are a rapidly growing company and this will initially be a broad role. You will be manage the pitch process and also assist in other areas as we roll out new services and projects.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the HARO pitch process
• Handling the inbox for campaigns
• Tracking progress for client campaigns
• Overseeing the content production process and publishing content to WordPress
• Onboarding new clients

Upon joining the company, you will have the opportunity to shadow the owner and gain a strong understanding of the company's operations.

About You

To excel in this role, you need to have:

• Experience working as a project manager or campaign manager
• Strong organization skills and an eye for detail
• Strong communication skills with a desire to help the team achieve goals
• Experience with project management tools

Brownie points for:

• Experience with WordPress
• Previous agency experience
• Previous experience with outreach based campaigns
• Experience with Notion and Airtable
