If you want to join our team of A-players, you’ll be glad to know that we are looking to hire a Business Operations Specialist/ Integrator!

You will help us create and improve the systems to be used for our clients; we are developing a full methodology for our coaching clients to get to the next level & you will work hand-in-hand with our CEO, Austin, to create the tools, systems & templates we use at 2X.

As our Business Operations Specialist/ Integrator, you will:

  • Help create systems, tools, templates and processes based on guidance from Austin Netzley, the CEO
  • Conduct research on best strategies, templates & tools
  • Create and optimise spreadsheets and tools
  • Report to and interact with Austin
  • Interact and work closely with Tista, Austin’s Executive Assistant

As an example one project you’ll work on is implementing and optimising a full webinar system including sign up pages, scripts, slides, etc.

Although we count on your experience, we will organize onboarding, training & support for you, especially in the first month. You will also have an opportunity to work on tasks and show us how you deal with different challenges.

Tasks will be assigned using ClickUp and via a monthly plan. In addition, we will also use Slack for communication and G-Suite, especially Google Sheets and Docs.

To be our successful candidate for this position, you should have:

  • Operations management experience or similar
  • Experience with tech tools such as Spreadsheets, Google Docs, ClickUp
  • Experience creating & optimizing systems
  • Excellent English skills
  • Experience with G-Suite, especially Spreadsheets & Docs
  • Great research skills
  • Awareness & knowledge of online business & digital marketing

Brownie points for experience with 6 & 7-figure businesses and/or start-ups.

What’s in it for you?

  • Salary of $2000 per month
  • A full-time position, i.e. 40 hours a week Monday to Friday
  • Flexible working hours with 3-4 hours of overlap with the central US time zone (Texas) GMT-7.
  • Work from home, or anywhere you prefer: we don't care where you are as long as we have an A-player team member interested in being part of our team for the long-term
