Smart Mentoring is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to take over the responsibility of marketing, sales and lead gen from the shoulders of the CEO.

Within this role, you will:

  • Implement and manage lead generation campaigns to ensure a consistent flow of leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Set clear goals for the lead generation team and hold them accountable for achieving them
  • Provide motivation and leadership to the sales team responsible for closing deals
  • Continuously explore new lead generation strategies and channels to drive growth
  • Develop and execute detailed plans to achieve lead generation goals, ensuring the right people are involved
  • Use data and analytics to measure performance, and optimize results
  • Recruit and hire top talent for the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and experience
  • Take ownership of the lead generation process, regularly reviewing and adjusting tactics to maximize success

This is a full-time position and you’ll be required to work regular 8-hour workdays EET.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in team leadership, preferably in sales or lead generation
  • Experience in sales CRMs
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of Excel

Bonus points for understanding the online coaching industry, particularly high ticket sales, or any experience in the strategic development of a business!
