🧾 Bookkeeping & Reconciliation using Quickbooks Online.
📦 Accounts payable management.
📑 Profit analysis per channel (Amazon US / Amazon CA / Walmart / Wholesale).
💼 Profit analysis per SKU (Amazon US / Amazon CA / Walmart).
📊 Generating cash flow statements.
🗓️ Monitoring the cash conversion cycle.
🧾 Creating ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
📊 Continuous improvement of current processes and reports.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 3-5 years of experience as a bookkeeper/accountant, specifically in the sale of physical products.
✅ Proficiency in Quickbooks Online.
✅ Demonstrated experience in generating analyses and reports for management.
✅ Exceptional attention to detail is paramount.
✅ Strong organisational and analytical skills.
✅ Relevant educational background.
Brownie Points for:
✅ Experience with Amazon Sellers, sellers selling in multiple marketplaces like US, CA, UK and EU, and Walmart.
