We’re looking for a Bookkeeper who loves organization, attention to detail, and working in a team-focused environment. Your support will help us deliver exceptional accounting services to our clients and allow our senior accountants to excel in their roles.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

🌟 Record bank transactions
📋 Process accounts payable
💸 Manage accounts receivable
💻 Complete bank reconciliations
📝 Facilitate payroll processing
📞 Provide internal support
📑 File sales tax

🗓️ Assist in month-end closing
🔄 Handle additional requests from the team as needed

Working Hours ⏰: You’ll work full-time, starting as early as 5am EST and wrapping up by 2pm EST (1-hour flexibility on start time)

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ 2+ years previous bookkeeping experience

✅ Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

✅ Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

✅ Strong communication skills

✅ High standards of accuracy and attention to detail

✅ Ability to handle detailed recurring tasks consistently

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously

⭐ Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Bill.com, Gusto, Xero, or Sage

What’s in it for you?

💰 Salary: $1600 - $2080 per month*

📅 Full-time and 100% remote

🏝️ 23 days PTO in the first year; and increasing according to tenure

🕒 The ability to earn an additional day off each month
