Decovo is currently seeking to expand their team with a Back Office Support staff, who will be in charge of onboarding product listings for new brands on the Decovo platform, combined with Internet research and data entry.
This is a fully remote, full-time position in a team working from different parts of the world, with owners based out of New York, US. It is preferred that you will be working for a few hours in the US time zone; otherwise, we encourage flexible working. In the beginning, you will be expected to align your working hours with the owners, so we can provide you all the necessary training you need.
Decovo has an informal culture, and we don't care if you work in a suite or in your pajamas. Your professionalism and work ethic should show in your work when you communicate with our clients. On top of the hourly salary, we provide additional quarterly bonuses based on your performance (more on that later).
Your ideal experience:
Previous experience in client-dealing via email and support desk.
Experience with Excel
Data entry, speed, and accuracy in the previous role.

Familiarity with support desks (Zendesk is a big plus)

How your work day would look like…
Your working day will start out by reviewing client communication and responding where necessary. Then you will collect this data (and other information we share with you) and update Decovo website with listings. Speed and accuracy are important. You will be measured on that, and this WILL affect the quarterly bonuses you receive. We will also measure client feedback on your communication.When working with clients, it is more important to provide outright help than waste time in the back-and-forth.
From then on, you will meet with the owners to discuss action items and get help, if needed.
The goal is to provide swift support to our clients and update Decovo website regularly with new listings. Again - speed, accuracy, and quality are key aspects.
This is a performance-focused role, and we are looking to work with someone who feels compelled to go above and beyond even their own expectations. We believe in breaking down barriers and limiting beliefs, and that's what you'll be doing - day in and day out.

You will start with a number between $5 and $8ph. This entirely depends on your work experience, background and what you can bring to the table. And remember, there's the quarterly bonus based on your performance too. This job is capped at 40 hours a week.
