We need a new team member who is very detail-oriented and loves improving processes and managing processes.
You will be working with our team in the back office, not talking to customers. You will be doing things like posting emails to our email server, monitoring uptime, handling cancellations and other stuff sent to you by our Customer Happiness Managers, and much more detail oriented work.
We look for people who want a career. We are not interested in people who jump job to job.
Some people have been with us for 15 years.
