- Dual direct reporting to myself & director of Marketing.

- Strong english and communication skills | Skilled, accessible communicator on instant messaging (WhatsAPP, Slack, Facebook Messenger)

- PR & Social Media Outreach

- Experienced with customer service (success) & personable | Expected to manage Facebook groups & brand pages

- Be able to handle basic bookkeeping tasks, invoicing and running reports

- Strong organizational skills with experience in excel and/or google sheets/air table

- Assist with travel arrangements for executive team

- Help schedule meetings including calendar invites and call in numbers

BONUS SKILLS

- Familiar with Amazon Seller Central

- Familiar with GSuites & Domain Creation

- eComm related software, ZenDesk, MailChimp etc etc

Requirements
