Blue Wing Ads (www.bluewingads.com) is an online marketing company specializing in data leads and calls. We generate consumer interest and match the interested person up with our business partners who offer Insurance, Home Services, Legal, or Debt Settlement products. We've been in the pay-per-call business for ten years. We have hundreds of partners and are growing fast. We attend multiple conference events every year across the world and continue to meet and onboard new partners to work with our company daily. Our goal is to hire the right person who enjoys this line of work and is looking to build this opportunity into a long-term career. 

About the role

Dear Applicant,

Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for the right person to join our team. Your role will be assistant to the V.P. of Operations.

We're currently getting more partners than is possible to communicate within a day, and we're seeking a dedicated assistant to help. 

You'll work closely with our like-minded team on Zoom calls to learn about the business. Once you understand what we do, you'll start to take over specific tasks to allow us more free time to continue to expand our efforts to serve all of our great partners. You'll work remotely with our team replying to emails, using Google Suites, and organizing data in multiple dashboards (Trello, PipeDrive, Asana). You'll also be attending virtual partner meetings. 

 Working with us is like watching a good movie when you get interested and can't wait to see what happens next. 

About you

*No experience necessary

*Work remotely Monday - Friday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm EST 

*Must be able to communicate English verbally and in writing clearly

*Must be self-motivated, well organized, good time management, and detail-oriented

*Must have a quiet work environment with a laptop, camera, and high-speed internet
