Sometimes, when there is a small problem I obsess over it until it’s perfect. - I often teach the elderly how to do simple things, like use Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and have no issues learning new programs myself. - I am good at communicating in an organized, confident manner - especially if I don’t know the answer to something.  - Checklists. CHECK - I love a good puzzle, problem or something to figure out an answer to and proactively seek out the solutions. - Extra Bonus Points: I have experience working with Amazon and/or eCommerce. *Training will be provided. - Extra Extra bonus points if you are fluent in written communication in: German, French, Italian If this does sound like you, then please continue reading, because we like you already.  This is a part-time position, 10-20 hours per week, with potential for growth into full-time. You should be available for at least one-two hours per day at an agreed upon time depending on your time zone. You can can make up the rest of your workday on your schedule. During the course of a week, you’ll be: - Gathering product data in a clear and concise format - Checking operational & performance metrics for clients and our own brands on Amazon - Uploading product information to Amazon - Executing promotions to help our clients get more reviews for their products on Amazon This includes reaching out to reviewers and influencers to coordinate products samples and reviews - Responding to customer feedback & questions on behalf of clients via email (no phone-based customer service). Interacting directly with Clients regarding operational & customer service matters - Ad-hoc internal administration such as updating processes & procedures - Preparing weekly performance reports for clients - Conducting market research for our clients on new products & competitors  - Troubleshooting and researching solutions to problems online - Keeping the team updated on your tasks. We use Slack for team communication and updates. We are looking for someone to stick with us long term and grow along side us. That means that as we grow, you will too. We help brands and sellers optimize, grow and launch their brands or Amazon stores. We also work with investors and sellers that are buying and selling FBA businesses to manage and transition their accounts. Our team is based in the USA, Europe, and Australia and everyone works from home. That means we’re often wearing pajamas when we work and starting and finishing at different times, but that’s how we like it. We’re a close-knit, small but growing team that aims to always create a work environment that fosters growth and learning with a bit of fun thrown in.   Hourly rate is $5 USD. Expected work hours are 10-20 hours/week.
