Amazon Operations & Inventory Manager - Priority Chef [CLOSED]

Full Time 2000.00 - 3000.00 USD Type: Monthly

Priority Chef builds brands on Amazon by developing and sourcing quality products & selling them on Amazon's global marketplaces. In just two years, Priority Chef has grown from a small company with 3 products to a diverse catalogue approaching 50 different product styles. It continues to grow its brands on Amazon to become a leader in its space.

As the company grows rapidly, Priority Chef’s team is looking for an Amazon Operations & Inventory Manager who will help scale the business even faster.

As Priority Chef’s Operations & Inventory Manager, you will:

  • Check overall stock levels
  • Create any possible orders to present to the CEO
  • Create Amazon truck shipments from warehouse to fulfilment centres as required
  • Liaise with factories on new products, current orders, deliveries etc
  • Monitor the results of PPC and marketing
  • Suggest improvements to current processes & give your input
  • Manage Priority Chef’s staff based in the Philippines
  • Create new processes where appropriate & improve the existing ones
  • Attend weekly meetings (currently set at noon BKK time on Mondays)
  • Report to the CEO

In your first weeks, within this role, you will focus on inventory management, i.e. monitoring sales & stock levels, planning the inventory orders & arranging shipping. You will have an opportunity to grow to manage operations by overseeing the team, implementing processes & SOPs and keeping those updated. In addition, you would be in charge of overseeing new product launches - from sourcing, product design, packaging, shipping, monitoring & follow up. You will also be able to rely on SOPs & videos which will enable you to understand the inventory management process.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Self-driven, imaginative & able to think outside the box
  • Able to work independently to solve problems
  • Great at identifying areas of improvement & suggesting improvements
  • Resourceful & good at delegating/outsourcing work
  • Data-driven & skilled with Excel, ClickUp or similar tools
  • Experienced in a leadership role
  • Able to manage several VAs, check work and progress, assign tasks, keep projects/experiments/jobs on track
  • An excellent communicator

Brownie points for experience with Amazon.
