Amazon eCommerce Operations Specialist [CLOSED]

Right now, Catalyst is looking for an Amazon eCommerce Operations Specialist to join their team. You will be a part of a team of eCommerce professionals and effectively help develop & execute creative eCommerce solutions. For this, you need to have a strong commercial acumen, be passionate about data, and have great attention to detail.

As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Catalyst Case Amazon Account
  • Execute any related tasks under the manager's supervision, including updating the listings and following up cases in Amazon
  • Optimise user experience and align efforts with the digital acquisition and retention teams
  • Use data, heatmaps, google workspace (GTM, Console, Analytics, Data Studio) and other engagement tools to brief optimisations into the development & design teams
  • Ensure high conversion, a higher average order value and engagement

The KPIs include:

  • Improved overall Customer User Experience by Site Content Optimization, Average Order Value (AOV) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size, and managing margin performance across a variety of product lines
  • Providing thought innovation, and process optimization initiatives such as implementing best Amazon practices and programs
  • Identifying new areas of opportunities beyond the current brand offering
  • Being a key component in developing the effective planning and execution of an Amazon strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure quality assurance (QA) and timely publishing of all web content

This is a part-time role, and you’ll need to work from 6 PM to 10 PM London time.

To excel in this role, you need:

  • Proficiency in written & spoken English
  • Extended knowledge of Amazon Seller Central methodologies and analytics
  • Experience in flat files, case log creation and follow-up, listing creation, A+, store
  • management and reports retrieval
  • Experience managing the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online Amazon marketing

Bonus points for:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Knowledge of Photoshop
  • Knowledge of Social Media

On top of this, the ideal candidate will have the ability to take initiative and be proactive, with strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and outstanding problem-solving skills.

These are the benefits:

  • $800 - $900* per month
  • Part-time position
  • Fully remote
  • Paid leave of 10 days per year
