We aim to establish ourselves as a top-tier consumer products company and are in search of an Amazon Account Manager.

About the role

The Amazon Account Manager will be responsible for actively monitoring and optimizing our Amazon seller account, focusing on product performance, keyword research, and competitor analysis. This role is operationally focused, with the primary goal of maximizing listing visibility, conversion, and maintaining account health. The Account Manager will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and cross-functional team members to ensure that each SKU achieves optimal performance on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Catalog and Listing Management:
    • Maintain and optimize product listings to ensure accuracy, visibility, and conversion potential.
    • Conduct regular updates to product details, images, and other listing elements to keep listings with best CTR and CVR metrics. 
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
    • Continuously track SKU performance metrics, focusing on improving conversion rates and keyword rankings.
    • Utilize keyword research and competitor analysis to refine listings and stay competitive in the market.
  • Operational Management:
    • Handle day-to-day operational tasks, including resolving account health issues and managing listing suspensions in a timely manner.
    • Open cases with Amazon and track progress to ensure prompt resolution of any issues impacting performance.
  • Pricing and Promotions Management:
    • Ensure accurate pricing across all SKUs and manage deals, coupons, and discounts to drive growth.
    • Maintain a calendar for promotional activities to ensure timely and accurate updates.
  • Customer Service Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the Customer Service Specialist to address Amazon-specific customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Contribute to maintaining high customer ratings by ensuring responsive support and clear communication.
  • Listing Issue Escalation:
    • Identify, escalate, and troubleshoot complex listing issues that impact visibility, sales, or account health.
    • Coordinate with Amazon Customer Support or the Amazon Account Manager to resolve escalated issues, ensuring minimal disruption to listings and account operations.

Key Results and KPIs:

  • Conversion Rate Growth:
    • Achieve a +1.5% increase in conversion rate compared to the same period from the previous year for each SKU. Performance will be reviewed on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Market Share Growth:
    • Achieve maximum market share and profitability for each product 
  • Keyword Ranking Improvement:
    • Consistently improve the ranking of target keywords for each SKU, with the goal of reaching and maintaining top-5 positions for primary keywords and ranking for as many keywords as possible
  • Listing Accuracy and Issue Resolution Time:
    • Ensure that listing issues, policy violations, or suspensions are resolved within 48 hours of detection to minimize disruptions to product availability and sales.
  • Competitor Analysis and Price Positioning:
    • Conduct bi-weekly competitor analysis  and adjust our listings and pricing strategy to remain competitively positioned in the marketplace when needed
  • Account Health Score Maintenance:
    • Maintain an Account Health Rating (AHR) of no less than 1000, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s standards and minimal warnings or violations for optimal storefront operations.

About you

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in managing Amazon seller accounts, with a strong focus on catalog management, keyword optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, including case management and daily operational tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organization and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Requirements:

  • Available to work from 8am-12pm EST
  • Desire to grow and learn, to become your best version.

Required Tools

  • High-speed wired internet (DSL or Fiber)
  • Backup internet (Wi-Fi LTE)
  • A laptop/PC that allows you to work remotely and to perform at the highest efficiency

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $12-14 USD per hour.
  • Full-time, fully remote position, mandatory overlap from 8 AM to 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
