About the role

Join our team at InnoVentures, a USA based E-Commerce company specializing in the platforms of Amazon and Walmart. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee our business metric performance and data systems, to help us drive sound organizational decisions and achieve strategic goals.

Accountabilities

  • Establishment of key metrics targets (sales, ranking, reviews, market) and corrective action plan implementation for any missed or off track
  • Decision making for any necessary listing changes including price modification, implementation of coupons, deals (lightning/7-day), coordination of re-ranking and listing content modification with appropriate departments.
  • Ensure timely data scraping and updating of account trackers for data analysis.
  • Ensure ongoing business performance results and analysis are presented to management to drive sound decisions
  • Ensure that outliers, irregular data patterns are spotted communicated to relevant departments for immediate solution and metric improvement
  • Ensure that data analytics tool is updated to efficiently gather useful information.
  • Ensure account performance metrics are met in Walmart, Shopify or Amazon seller central.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Metric Setting/Monitoring and Action Setting

  • Metric target setting and monitoring including data scraping, data reporting, aggregation, processing, interpretation, analysis, and corrective action implementation for any account improvement for the following categories:
  • Sales (Revenue, profit, CTR, CVR, units, etc)
  • Product reviews (ratings and reviews)
  • Ranking
  • Market (competitors and demand)

Account and Listing Monitoring and Action Setting

  • Account health monitoring including customer service performance, Policy compliance, performance notification, voice of customer, customer returns and seller feedback. Process data from these metrics, interpret, analyze, and coordinate with relevant department for possible improvement.
  • Listing monitoring for any detection of changes (potential competitor attack, ASIN suppression, etc) and appropriate immediate solution implementation including Seller Support communication and drafting of appeals if necessary
  • Optimization of FBA fees and detection of any changes.
  • Submission of re-measurement calculation as necessary

Product Improvement Coordination

  • Liaise with Customer Support team for Negative review monitoring, process customer sentiments, interpret, analyze, and coordinate with product improvement team for any required change point to address voice of customer.

Order Fulfillment

  • Responsible in fulfilling orders from Amazon, Shopify and Walmart seller central including, but not limited to, checking of outstanding orders and stocks, acknowledgment or order cancellation, processing fulfillment order and updating order and shipping status at common monitoring system.

About you

Skills:

  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with data scraping, reporting, aggregation, processing, and interpretation
  • Experience with account monitoring and optimization in Walmart, Shopify, or Amazon seller central
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools to gather useful information and drive sound decisions
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and analysis to management

Experience:

  • Proven experience in eCommerce account management and optimization, with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving account metrics
  • Experience in listing optimization, including price modification, implementation of coupons and deals, and coordination of re-ranking and content modification
  • Experience with FBA fees optimization and order fulfillment from Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart seller central
  • Familiarity with customer service performance monitoring, policy compliance, and seller feedback management

Job Details:

  • This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week
  • The position is in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone
