Affiliate marketing account manger [CLOSED]

Vortex Alpha is an affiliate marketing network that has a presence in UK and Australia. We are looking for individuals who have knowledge of affiliate marketing to manage our existing affiliate base and help generate new affiliates. Training will be provided for all duties and responsibilities, however, knowledge and experience in Affiliate marketing are essential. We currently use the Everflow software to manage our affiliates - full training will be provided to use this.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Offer support to affiliates
• Oboard new affiliates that sign up to our platform
• Follow up with existing affiliates to provide new offer oppertunities
• Know our active offer base and suggest offers for affiliates to run
• Reach out to affiliates by email and skype and encourage them to promote our offers
• Troubleshoot problems affiliates may be facing and liaise with the team and advertising partners
• Help increase sign-ups of new affiliates by outreach
• General administrative and virtual assistant tasks
• Send promotional emails
• Outreach
• Onboarding of new advertisers

• Ability to work within a team and independently

Hours:

Full-time - hours will be flexible and will be required to work during UK GMT hours and some evenings and weekends but can be negotiated.
