Administrative Rockstar/Community Manager For Growing US Based Real Estate Investment Company

Our company is Agents Invest, and we help US real estate investors achieve their goals of building passive income streams through real estate investing. We do this through our online membership, a subscription-based email service, monthly webinars, virtual summits, and a referral program with realtors. 

A little about the role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will quickly become everyone’s go-to. That means keeping the entire company running like a well-oiled machine. You will be the captain of the ship and run everything from customer service, marketing oversight to new member orientation. (We admit that we have made a few checklists in our day, but we have a hard time keeping track of and sticking to them. That’s why we need you.)

  • Deadline-focused, highly adaptable, and tech-savvy

  • Anticipates our needs, extraordinary organizational and project management skills

  • Detail-focused, meticulous, and able to prioritize accordingly

  • Responsive, solution-oriented

  • A very strong background in customer service and email management

  • A solid understanding of copywriting and editing, as it relates to marketing materials, is a plus but not required

  • You have the constant desire to be collaborative and work closely with everyone on our team

  • You have the willingness to learn, take, and give direction when required

  • You have the ability to work on tight deadlines

  • You’re comfortable with working and collaborating on a remote basis

  • You are a wizz at Google Suite 

  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional etiquette and finesse

Ideally, you are familiar with or can easily master…

  • CRM Programs (such as InfusionSoft or Active Campaign)

  • GoogleSuite [GoogleDocs, GoogleSheets, Gmail, GoogleDrive] 

  • Mailchimp and Vimeo 

  • Wordpress and Memberpress

  • Powerpoint and google slides

  • Monday.com

Duties include:

  • Handling all of database management and help scale operations as the business grows

  • Community forum moderation

  • Email customer service management

  • Create and send email newsletters

  • Serve as the key contact person for clients by providing a concierge-level of service 

  • Community manager [welcome new members, oversee payment/subscriptions, add events, Zoom recordings upload, create zoom events, update dashboard, uploading videos to Vimeo, making sure mailchimp lists are correct]

  • Implement and manage systems and procedures, look for ways to improve and promote quality

  • Create and manage process for onboarding new members into the membership

  • Manage community calendar and events, ensure email reminders go out

  • Follow up with investor inquiries on properties

  • Send daily and weekly emails [experience in MailChimp a huge plus]

  • Buy gifts for closings

  • Participate in Facebook groups and promote Agents Invest

  • Upload training videos to Vimeo

  • Update Membership Site [experience in Wordpress a plus]

  • Create and maintain customer service system

In the past, you might have...

  •  4+ years of office administration experience in a service industry 

  • You have experience working as a community manager, administrative assistant or office manager in a fast-paced environment (we’re talking lightning-fast, priorities changing weekly kind of industry) 

 

This is a full-time position, fully remote working with our global team. We primarily operate on the PST time zone but will only require 4 hours per day of overlap with our 9am-5pm schedule to make sure we collaborate. The flexibility to make your own hours is a key benefit to joining our team.
