Administrative Assistant for Business Development Manager [CLOSED]

As an administrative assistant, you will be working alongside our Business Development manager and helping her to perform the outreach activity on LinkedIn, as well as create engagement on other social networks like Facebook, Instagram, and Behance.

The position is fully remote and you can work from any country as long as your time zone is closely aligned with ours (Central European Time +/- 3h). Access to high-speed internet is a must.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding with pre-written messages on Instagram, Facebook, Behance to all inbound requests
- LinkedIn InMail or email outreach with pre-written messages
- Resharing our founder's LinkedIn posts in relevant LinkedIn groups once a week
- LinkedIn presence building: visit profiles of CEOs, Managing directors, Brand Managers, and Marketing Directors of a specific business segment
- Comment and interact with content shared/posted by CEOs, Managing directors, Brand Managers, and Marketing directors of a specific business segment
- Interact with content from a specific business segment on Instagram that satisfies predefined criteria
- Interact with content from Instagram influencers
- Interact with content from existing customers
- Interact with content from the companies in the adjacent business segment

We will provide training and clear instruction for all tasks.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in business development, administration, or a similar role
- Comfortable with social media management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High Emotional IQ
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a big plus
- Location in Europe (Central European time zone plus/minus 3h)

If a mutually beneficial working relationship is established, the role can be extended with further sales administration responsibilities, including a potential for a full-time position.
