Administrative Assistant [CLOSED]

Full Time 1200.00 USD Type: Monthly

A fast-growing Real Estate Development and Investment Firm from Ontario, Canada developing landmark buildings and creating attractive investments for their partners is seeking an ambitious and talented individual to meaningfully assist their executive team.

The company is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to assist the executive team in getting projects and tasks completed on time and within budget. The projects and associated tasks are quite interesting and you’ll be working with a high-powered and seasoned executive team, so this is a real opportunity to learn a lot and influence the future of a very promising company.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist colleagues with administrative and executive tasks
  • Take notes in meetings and distribute minutes
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative and executive duties
  • Organise emails and schedule meetings
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Do a variety of other tasks as needed

This is a full-time position, and it requires working based on the Eastern Time Zone.

You will need to work from 1 PM to 9 PM CET three days a week, and 4 PM to 12 AM two times a week, depending on the meetings you’ll need to attend.

To excel in this role, you need:

  • Strong written and oral English communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator or Office Administrator
  • Knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office (all apps)
  • Ability to work around the hours of Eastern Time Zone as specified above

Brownie points for knowledge of Quickbooks, Yardi, Hubspot or Wrike.
